We are a private voluntary/membership based organization with our founding directors having over 15 years of social and commercial housing development experience between them.
The epitome of our logo communicates not just our passion for what we do but also the boldness that we hold in claiming our market share. The same logo graphics illustrate our vision of providing world class social housing development solutions to our members who have an aptitude for luxury living (Accommodation). We are a not for profit making, private voluntary membership based organization. The organization has a 3 layer structure:
Our people are our strength. Z.H.P has a wide pool of qualified and experienced staff. We only engage those people who share our vision, embrace our values and endow proven technical skills. “People first” is an important principle running through our organisation and based on a simple premises. “When our people achieve their full potential, our clients benefit and our business prospers” People first is how we describe the two way commitment between Z.H.P and each individual who works for us. It is underscored by our common values:
• Firstly, we maintain a culture of care, understanding and inclusion. We all work to create an environment where we respect diversity and we value people for who they are as well as what they do.
• Secondly, we take charge of our own careers. Z.H.P provides the right environment and support for personnel and career growth. The opportunities are nearly limit less.
• Thirdly, we strive for Excellency. We promote a high performance culture where people are encouraged to stretch themselves and excel as individuals, where we build on and develop their skills and talents and where they are recognized and rewarded accordingly.
